Pick Your Seat Fundraiser Update

Plenty of seats still available and project to begin soon!

The fabric and other refurbishing materials have been ordered and will be arriving in 2-3 weeks. Once all the materials arrive, Mr. Gent anticipates it will take about 3 weeks to complete the seat refurbishing. “They will be so nice and comfortable. Better than brand new.”, he states with a big grin. If all goes well and as planned the newly refurbished seats will be ready in time for the upcoming musical, “Little Shop.”

The seats in the theatre have all been donated and installed by volunteers over the years, and have already seen years of use well past their prime. Thank you so much to those who have already donated. Your contributions are making a difference and you will get to enjoy the seats with your “bottom line” soon enough.

As a side note receipts for donations received in 2011 will be mailed out by January 31 for tax purposes.

There are still plenty of seats available for sponsorship, donation, or commemoration. For a $100 tax deductible contribution, you can pick an available seat; a personalized brass marker will be placed on the seat with an engraving: business name, family name, in memorial of a loved one, favorite theatre quote, words of wisdom, or favorite Woodland show.
